1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped
2 cups shredded coconut

These are really good. And good for my diabetic husband, since they seem to be pretty low in carbs.

How can something so sinful tasting be so good for you! I've shared with group at work with same response. Thanks Coach!

I made these yesterday. I must have had a "moment" because for some reason I thought these were supposed to be made like cookies. Flipping them was the hard part...which now that I think about it...who flips cookies halfway through? Anyway...they still came out really good none the less! I do agree in that they are so yummy! The issue is that I can't eat just a little bit and the recipe makes so many it's tricky trying to give them away!
