As a Health Coach, my mission is to support you in achieving your optimum state of health and happiness. No single way of eating, or living, is right for everyone. Together we will discover the food and lifestyle choices that are best for YOU. I will help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that will enable you to reach your current and future health goals. Working on an individual basis, I will take into account your current lifestyle and your dietary needs.When you are told, “dairy is good for you” or “fat is unhealthy”, it’s too much of a generalization. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that is why fad diets don’t work in the long run. I will guide you on your path to feeling your best and, mostly importantly, I will leave you with the tools you need to independently maintain what you have achieved. While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions, and lists of good and bad foods, I will work with you to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
